Sansara Restoration did a fantastic job mitigating the water damage we had from a frozen/busted water pipe. Brandon was the job site leader and he, and his crew, were onsite shortly after the damage was discovered. Their timely action and mitigation efforts saved us from a potential disaster. I highly recommend their service if you ever have a water mitigation issue.

Highly recommend! Dave was referred by my insurance agent when we had a frozen pipe burst in our wall. He showed up on a Saturday night to make sure we were taking care of! Couldn't be more happier with the service he provided! Super easy to work with and he explained the whole process!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. This company had me fooled by the positive reviews. However, I was informed after the fact by an employee that the reviews are fake and are the doings of family members and friends of other employees. Wish I would have known that before I booked their services. Nonetheless, I had a small fire in my home. In the middle of the job, I noticed employees taking things that were supposed to be discarded. They were in areas of my home that were not part of the job particularly my bedroom closet. They stole alcohol, clothes, a watch and designer items in upwards of $8,000 or more. They also wreaked of weed and alcohol and always appeared to be under the influence. The kicker is that the owner, Dave, tried to coerce me into signing an nda of some sort to keep me silent about this incident. I blatantly refused. This company is an absolute fraud and I would never recommend them to anyone. There are so many better options out there.

I have never been more grateful than I have been to Dave from Sansara. I had remediation into rebuilding my bathroom from a broken pipe in the condo upstairs 2022 Christmas Eve. Long story short, the adjuster refused to remove 2 walls. I became very ill doing home improvements. I discovered black mold in those walls. Other companies wanted $50,000. Finding Sansara on the Internet what is a godsend because there are a lot of companies, not on the up and up. Dave came out and he was so professional he was understanding to all of the aggravation and disappointment. He explained everything in detail a time frame and let me know I will be out of that hotel. Ive been living in for four months as soon as he can get me out. His price was reasonable, and the whole project was very professional. I especially like the fact that I got a reminder of an appointment for the next day as to what time they would be at my home to start work for each day. The photo below is my little dog Jack . Do you think maybe he was wanting to get out of that hotel and come home ? To the entire crew at Sansara, I thank you!
