I have used this shop previously and was very impressed so when I bought an old truck and the glass was broken I decided that I would go back. I am so disappointed in the work! I can not believe they couldnt figure out how to remove the glass. They obviously had an amateur working on my truck. They bent the cowling and continued to create MOrE damage trying to complete the job. They didnt care that they were actually breaking my truck! Almost like they did it on purpose. I do not understand why, if they didnt have the proper knowledge to complete the work, would they continue to create more damage. Then my husband went to talk to them and he was told you signed paper saying we are not responsible for damage done here what? Really? The work is absolutely the worse and done on purpose just to be mean. I am shocked that they did this. I would have never imagined they would be capable of this kind of trash work. They even left globs of silicone and in some spots there isnt any silicone. The top of my windshield has a gap so big you can see daylight through it. Makes me sad that they would even give this back to the customer in the condition I got my truck. Check out the pictures. Its amazing. No starsTotal waste of money and time.
