Donna was great! I tried doing my own taxes, but things weren't working, so I figured it was better to have a professional help me.  She explained what everything meant, boxes to check  on the W-4, and even answered a lot of questions concerning health insurance and HSAs, MSAs, etc.  I also found her services were less expensive than one of the bigger companies in Montana that I went to last year (plus she was more helpful!).
