        I just wanted to let the manager know that Kat in customer service in store 0009 went up and above for me. I walked there from the pilot truck stop and was going to Uber back. By the time I got to the store my phone was dead. Kat actually found me a charger to plug into my phone so I could charge it up enough to get an Uber ride back to my truck at pilot. If I had to walk with my groceries in hand a mile and a half or would have been one hell of a trip back. Thank you Kat for your amazing concern for my situation and your ability to go up and above for your customers. Kat is a excellent example of how all customer service workers should be.         What a wonderful experience! Beautiful store with VERY HELPFUL associates! The store associates went out of there way to help us find the items we were looking for. Everyone was so kind! Thank you Albertsons !!!

        The old man cashier was the rudest cashier, and he wasn't even my cashier. Will never go back and recommend self checkout if you do.
