This is a flashback to the most extraordinary service of the neighborhood hardware store with a keen focus on yard care equipment. The smell, upon entering the store, will stir memories of shops that kept a tab with your name on a 5x7 card. Highly recommended.

Wow! This business was recommended by a neighbor who has dealt with them for many years..I was not disappointed! Customer service was excellent. I had another business closer to my home order parts for my mower. After a month, that business had only one part that I needed. Can't really blame it on "supply chain" because I walked into Belgrade Sales and Service and 15 minutes later walked out with all of the parts needed. They know something other places don't apparently.. Well worth the trip.

Dropped a mower off on Wednesday, was told it would be ready Friday, they were going to work it in. Called Friday at 10 am, spoke with Jordan who should learn to be nicer to customers, and they hadn't touched it yet-last thing we needed was for it to be torn apart when we needed it at 4 pm. Husband told them not to touch it we would just come and get it. At 1 pm, I go to get it, it's in the shop and the guy has been working on it for 30 minutes (supposedly). At this point I am not happy. I took a 15 minute break from work to pick it up, figuring we would get there, load and go. The women behind the service counter were no help, all claimed my husband didn't speak with them and no one had any idea what was going on. I was led to believe that the mechanic had started tearing it apart which made me even more frustrated as my son needed it for his mowing business this afternoon. No one in that place seemed to have any idea what was going on. Defiantly do not recommend!!!

My wife had a bad experience with this place yesterday. I called today to get a part and the person that got on the phone actually had the audacity to mention my wife's bad review to me, never offering to apologize and just said I am surprised you called since your wife left a bad review. Went in to get the part, poor customer service is too nice of a way to describe how I was treated. Avoid this business at all cost!
