Rocky Mountain Timberlands

Buyer beware. Rocky mt timberlands committed fraud by selling all buffalo trail Ranch parcels with an active road maintenance associate which did not exist. This association was supposed to enforce covenants. After making 14 years of payments at usury interest rates, the owner Wayne Joyner, filed a complaint in the Albany county district court for breach of contract due to supposed covenant violations asking the court for title to my property. The court found in my favor due to first to breach rule (they breached the contract by not starting the association), biased enforcement and doctrine of laches (not addressing violations for extended periods of time). The suit, not being supported by fact or law was a frivolous suit used to harass at the least or obtain my property under false pretenses' at worst ( which is a criminal act). Do not sign a contract with Rocky Mountain Timberlands! They have no ethics and you could become their next victim just because you are following your dreams.

Wayne joyner isnt the only actual manglomaniac I have ever encountered, but tied for the worst I've ever had to deal with. Buyer beware!! Wayne is willey and willing to lie. We bought a parcel 12 years ago from Wayne and have witnessed first hand Wayne's words are false. For starters, Wayne sold us land with covenants which aren't filed as a nonprofit organization with the secretary of state, meaning that the covenants don't exist.Then Wayne harasses us with phoney default letters with cuss words and threats. Wayne is out right criminal in his actions, stay away from rocky mountain timberland. This guy needs to be put in jail.
