Brett is hands down the BEST attorney in Montana! Not only is he highly intelligent with a comprehensive understanding of the state laws and consumer rights. Most importantly, he has a moral compass and the capacity to understand the severity of the unique financial crisis you are in, that led you to call his office in the first place. I called him in an absolute panic, and on the verge of tears, at a loss of what to do in my unique situation, as there are a lot of very challenging aspects to my current circumstance. To put it briefly I have lost two brothers to suicide in the past year and was fired from my job shortly after the each one. I had to live on my credit for the majority of the year, and that got me into a financial deficit that is overwhelming and trying to deal with the fallout on your own, is too much for anyone to bear. Brett spent an hour on the phone with me going over my financial situation and racking his brain, utilizing all of his knowledge and experience over the years to come up with a plan for me to recover from my current financial challenges. By the time I hung up the phone, I was filled with gratitude and absolutely elated that I was divinely guided to call him and not settle for the other attorneys that I spoke with. Brett may not have been the first attorney that I called, but he will certainly be the last.

Yellowstone Bankruptcy is the best!!! One of the most stressful times in our life and they were with us the whole way. Prompt and considerate when getting back to us with our many various and probably silly questions. Kaci is an AMAZING paralegal!! I highly recommend them. Thank you!!
