SureStay Plus By Best Western Billings

We stayed here 3 nights two days! The rooms are really nice and clean. Fresh bedding, nice clean towels! Only thing I did like is there a big gap on the mane door to all the rooms just freaks me out.! The breakfast was great kid loved it.! We went swimming the pool was gross u could tell it's been a while sents it was cleaned. u couldn't even see the bottom of the pool u could take ur Finger and wip off The algae on the side of the pool! The staff was Professional, the price was excellent!

After a long day, I was looking forward to the hot tub, as well as the pool. Walked in, and it was completely packed far over compacity. My family and I left and returned the next morning hoping g to enjoy it but found it filthy. Afterward, I discovered that recently management has made the choice to not let maintenance come in early enough to get things ready for the next day. This is a very poor decision made by management. Hopefully, we can get a percentage of the cost back due to not being able to use some things we were charged for. The room was good to go though.

Everything was good except that pool and hot tub.. as a maintenance man for a Best Western In Colorado, I'm surprised they don't take a little more time to focus on making sure that's clean and the chemicals are right.. hot tub has foam in it, both were way below where the water level should be.. and it was just filthy looking.. that heavy chlorine smell isn't because you have to much chlorine in the pool.. they need to be shocked to get rid of the spent chlorine that's giving off that smell..
