Jeanne is awesome! Initially we met with her about homes in central Montana, but ended up buying in western MT. The homes that she did show us between Bozeman/Billings and Roundup she was basically an expert on. Had all the answers to questions I hadn't even asked yet, showed properties like a realtor should, and was on the ball with getting information on the properties that we were interested in. When we transitioned our search out of her service area, she recommended an agent out here, and kept following up to make sure the process was going as planned. She even answered a couple questions that needed answers sooner than later. Very responsive, informative, nice and an overall good person. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My realtor, Truthe Lamantia, was an absolute life saver when it came to selling my home! She brought in her associate, Curry, who helped pack up and facilitate the entire move for me. Everyone needs a team like this when it comes to buying or selling a property! I honestly could not recommend anyone but them at this point...just amazing!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha to purchase out first home, and through her hard work and dedication, she made the process as seamless and fun as possible. She maintains open lines of communication on a near constant basis, and is incredibly knowledgeable. (If she doesnt know the answer to something, she goes out of her way to find someone who does!) She helped keep us focused during showings, and pointed out things that would both enhance the dreams we have for our family, and hinder them. She was honest and forthright throughout the entire showing process, and this continued into negotiations. Samantha got to know us as a family, and fought for the dreams we had in the home we put an offer in on. She was friendly and personable, and we truly felt as though we were walking through homes with a friend rather than an agent. We are so grateful to Samantha for all of her hard work and for believing in us and helping to make our dreams become reality.

Samantha was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her since I was set on buying in Columbus and selling in Trout Creek and Im so thankful I did. Samantha was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If they didnt pick up, they always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. I purchased a lot in an HOA and Samantha handled all of it. If we had questions or concerns she was right on it! She did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: presented the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. She really treat the situation like she was purchasing/selling the property she will look out for you and have your best interests in mind. Samantha will work with you to make your desires a reality. Samantha is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Samantha was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done and she did! Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic sell/purchase process simple. Ive already recommended her to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Samantha. I do believe that her last name is Best for a reason.
