Had a great experience at first. Then I called back two weeks later to check on when my return would be deposited to find out that it came back as it was unable to be filed since the social security number had already been used and been filed. I told Cindy the manager that was not possible. Then she had me verify my social security number and she told me the wrong one was entered and they used someone elses. Wow is all I got to say!!!!!!

My husband and I filed taxes first week of February, someone contacted us two weeks later to tell us our taxes didn't go through because someone used our sons social security number so we had to go back in to verify our son and paper file. Our paper file was supposed to be sent out the day we were and if not that following Monday. Left several calls for Cindy to verify if taxes were sent out no return call, tried tracking taxes no return found so I contacted J H again to find out they never sent out our paper taxes and had lost them along with documentation. Still trying to get in contact to see where our paperwork work is and almost going on two months still not filed . WILL NOT BE RETURNING NEXT YEAR!! This wasnt even first issue first issue, the girl working was so tweaked out of her mind she couldnt even operate the computer, I went to a different location and my taxes were sent to the one I had told them I didnt want to file at because of the tweakers working and worried about them having confidential information.
