Please consider using a different location as the customer service that is portrayed by this branch is a palling. I Internet to a contractual agreement for a rental and during the process they attempted to run my card for almost $700 higher than what the agreed amount was. Once I started to question us, maybe came very hostile, and threaten to put me in jail if I didnt return the vehicle right away, I have attempted to speak to Eva Laura, and say about the situation, and all of them have been avoiding me about the situation because they knew they breached our contract. I have attempted to make contact via email, via phone, via text, and I am met with nothing but hostility lies, and deceitful behavior. I will be filing a report with the consumer affairs, Better Business Bureau, and in the court of law what they are doing to people is not right by trying to scam people out of more money than what is agreed on the rental contract. Please be careful.
