Highly recommend BMS carpet cleaner. They were professional, communicative, available, affordable, and friendly. They picked up our area rug on Tuesday, cleaned, and delivered it by Friday!

Worst service ever. They did a terrible job cleaning my carpet. They didnt even have the proper cleaning tools. My carpet was still filthy after the clean and they did water damage to the carpet . And the owner told me I was over exaggerating about the job even though my carpet was soaking wet more than 24 hours post clean. They sent the other male co owner to my home and he was so disrespectful I had to ask to leave my home because of his irate behavior. They both rude and unwilling to listen to the customer. They arent many reviews for them , but heed this warning!! save your money and AVOID at all cost. Much better companies out there.
