Taylor has been awesome. She was very responsive, and she showed me things I didnt realize I needed coverage for. At first I thought I needed both the typical hazard insurance plus commercial liability. But Taylor explained I only needed one through Proper. After comparing both, it was a no-brainer. My old policy had so many gaps, Im glad I found better coverage through Proper.

Rikki was responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with to secure a policy with Proper. She was patient while I researched my options and followed up with me to answer my questions . I will work Proper again in the future.
