Goosehead Insurance - Ryan Olsen

I tried to visit his office but could not find it, only a therapy group instead (The Praxis Group). There was still a Goosehead sign on the rear door, but it leads into one of the therapists office now. Perhaps Ryan has moved? Edit: Ryan made a good point that I did not think to call. Apparently they were in the middle of a remodel.

Ryan Olsen- went above and beyond to help with literally all my insurance needs. He helped me with find the best deal for my first time home insurance and for my business insurance as well! Make its very easy, as I trust him and enjoy working with him. I will definitely be using him for all my future insurance needs! He is a wealth of knowledge due to his experience and background. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. I highly recommend him!

Unfortunately, I had a very poor overall experience at this agency after someone had recommended I reach out to them. Initially, I was surprised at how cheap the quotes I received were. I explained to Ryan that I was interested in securing better coverage, and not so much in the cheapest thing out there - I know you pay for what you gat and these rates were too good to be true. After much back and fourth and skepticism on my part, I was finally convinced to purchase a policy through what I can now see were bait-and switch tactics. I was going through some disclosures that Progressive requires you sign off on after purchase (thank goodness, otherwise I never would have known) and I came across a notification that there was a significant exclusion regarding pets on the policy I had purchased. I have dogs, so this was unacceptable. When I brought this to the attention of the agency owner, he literally said "sorry if you feel I didn't ask enough questions about your dogs" (copy and pasted from an email he sent me). You cannot make this stuff up... Clearly, he didn't ask ANY questions about my dogs! I gave 2 starts instead of 1 because it was a very fast process. I suppose if you're looking for a cheap and fast experience with coverage to match, this is the place for you.

Ryan goes above and beyond for his clients! He helped me with a unique situation that any other insurance agents would surely give up on. He was always available and was always friendly on the phone. Go with Ryan at Goosehead and you will not be sorry!

Ryan is very knowledgeable in his field and a great colleague to work with! I recommend him to my clients any chance that I get. He is communicative, personable and an all around great guy!
