I wish I shared the same experience as everyone else. After being a loyal costumer for over 10 years with both home insurance and life insurance policies, I have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionally by a business owner. No communication. No return of phone calls, no communication of coverage. You have to physically go in to be acknowledged. It's hard to feel confident having your home insured with somebody that you can't even get a hold of, what if something happens? To top it off, I was under insured by a significant amount of money. He is not someone looking out for your best as long as he's getting paid. If you want to be confident in your insurer and feel secure take your money elsewhere. I highly recommend not working with Farm Bureau!

I have had my personal and my business insurance with CJ for 8 years now. He has made it very easy to manage and review my policies, reaching out to me yearly if not more to check in. I would definitely recommend CJ for your insurance or financial planning needs!
