Jennifer was terrific in helping to update and deal with getting my policies in order. She was always available to answer questions and to work with Customer Service to be sure that everything came out right. I really appreciate her diligence and her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was correct.

So, I was a loyal costumer of Farmers Insurance (5 years) and then they screwed me over, by tying my car insurance policy with a complete stranger (who caused my insurance policy to fail). Unfortunately for me I had moved (college student) and the mailing address had change so I did not get the information of my failed car insurance policy. I only discovered I didn't have insurance when I got pulled over, which resulted in a $380 fine, and a mark on my driving record.I asked to see if Farmers state would make it right, and to my disgust, I couldn't even get another equal policy. The reason being that my last policy had failed (due to the complete stranger (that they tied to me) and they then wanted to charge me even more for "my mistake".Basically, Farmers State is a scam, and don't just walk away, RUN
