My car was totaled after hitting a deer. Mike got me lined out with the claims department. Everyone was helpful. I received reimbursement 2 weeks later. Mike then followed up with a phone call making sure I was taken care of. Thank you Mike and crew.

The payout for the totaled vehicle was exceptionally fast and the process was simple. Michael Spotorno and his team did all the work and got me back on the road as soon as possible. I could not ask for more.

I went in to obtain life insurance to add to my State Farm bundle and Shelby was the biggest help!
