I will update this once construction is done. Cons: With almost all of the amenities still under construction, I feel that these apartments are VERY over priced. $95 a month for internet is ridiculous, so are the application fees. There is dog poop in all of the grass areas and the maintenance team just mows right over it every week making the grass areas disgusting and unusable for anything other than pet relief. Sometimes I would like to enjoy the weather and sit on the grass but it feels unsanitary to do so. It would be great if management would pick up the dog poop, crack down on people not picking it up, or designate specific pet relief areas and enforce that. Residents and apartment employees smoke in the parking lot frequently rendering the outdoor space unpleasant. Pros: Virginia was FANTASTIC at helping us get a lease signed and move in quickly, she was recently let go so I am curious to see how the place runs without her. Apartments are clean and new. Maintenance so far has been quick and responsive to any issues - including minor ones like fire alarms needing new batteries. The apartment complex feels safe unlike some areas of Great Falls. While there are lots of fees and I do feel the apartments are overpriced, they have been transparent about all the fees so far nothing has caught me off guard. The location is pretty central to most everything in downtown Great Falls. Not that this city is huge or has a ton going on, but I do like having quick access to the river trail and dog park. Housing is hard to find in Great Falls and if you are moving in from out of town, don't have time to hunt and scour the internet for a more affordable place, are afraid of car break in's in certain neighborhoods, and can fit in a small apartment, then this is a good, albeit, pricey option.
