Bob Bundi's Glass-Art Shop

I went in to get a picture framed on Friday and by the following Monday, Bob had the picture ready for me! The frame was absolutely gorgeous and I cant wait to hang the picture in the cabin. This is a great mom and pop shop! Down with the corporations :)

I had the worse experience at this shop.I took 5 pieces of canvas to be mounted on wood.It took over 5 months to get back.And,when I did,they did a HORRIBLE job!!They took a lot of WALL nails all around the sides of wood and the back instead of stapling!!I told the lady,I will not accept this.She then told the owner...VERY RUDELY...She don't accept this work!I then said to her,well,you don't have to sound rude.She then YELLS at me...your the ONE being rude!Owner asked me why I don't accept it?I tell him because that is not how you mount canvas on wood frames.He then starts getting belligerent with me and very irate.He then tells the female to go take them off the wood and give them to me.I told him,now the canvas is ruined,I'm not going to be able to use them.He just continues to argue so I leave.I left and did go talk to lawyer,he said go get a photo of their work.I go back and they will not let me take a pic.They told me they would replace canvases.I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE!!I should of not been treated this way.

I had the worse experience of my life at this shop.I took pieces of canvas to be mounted on wood frames.I had not heard from them so I called to check on progress.There was a couple times they did not answer.When they did,they said they were working on it.To make a long story short...I waited patiently 5 months!!I decided to call and take it else where.When I called, a lady answered and I told her,I wanted to take elsewhere.She said owner was sick and I would have to talk to him.Owner called me back the next wk and said he d have done.He called the next wk.and told me to come pick up.I went down and a lady took me to counter and shows me my artwork.It looked horrible!!He took a lot of WALL nails and pounded them all around the wood!I told her,I am not going to accept that.And,she turns around and rudely tells owner,well....Shes NOT going to accept this!I told her,you do not have to be rude.She then YELLS AT ME....Your the ONE being rude!!The owner then asks me,well,what is wrong with it?I explain that it is not how you put canvas on wood.Owner then starts to go off on me being VERY BELLERENT to me,telling me,I don't know what I'm talking about!!I tell him,I am not going to pay for this work and he YELLS at me and tells lady to take it off the wood and give me my canvas back!!I am just SHOCKED at these ppl s behaviors at this point.And, i tell them,well the canvas is ruined now,with all the holes in it.They just continue to argue with me so I left.I went and spoke with a lawyer and he tells me to go back down there and take a picture of their work.I go back and request that and they lie to me saying all five pieces were taking off the wood already,which they weren't because I can see them laying on a counter in the back room.They tell me they will not let me take a pic and say they will replace the 5 canvas pieces.I HIGHLY do not recommend using this shop for your business!!
