Staff is great and sometimes it takes a bit to get through. But the pay is absolutely absurd, they are at $90 for two donations. $40 for the first one and $50 for the second. They are making millions and can't pay us who keep them in business adequately! Not happy

All of the employees seem to put care into everything they do , which in return makes donating feel xtra special!

I live in a rural part of Montana and I was wanting to start donating blood. I worked on getting set up at my local center which would be Great Falls. About 100 miles away. However the BioLife app is refusing to allow me to schedule anywhere other than the Billings location which is 130 miles away from where I live. They sent out a "travelling from Easter?" promotion with a link to "find a center near you". Since I'm going through Great Falls I figured I'd try again but it still refused to allow me to schedule an appointment there through the app. I called the center to explain and see why I couldnt schedule at a facility closest to me. She said "because Montana is so big we can't" and proceeded to end the call as soon as possible. Service is abysmal.
