        This is an excellent program for all ages and skill levels. I choose this gym over the many options popping up. Sophie teaches technique effortlessly and effectively. It is an honor to have Joe Riggs and Professor Sophie under the same roof right here in Great Falls!! Come join the team!!

        My wife and I were looking to start training BJJ and were very lucky to find Professor Sophie was starting a chapter in Great Falls! She provided gi's until we were able to buy our own and have loved every minute of every class. Safety first is her priority and she encourages discipline as we go through the GB1 fundamentals class. Her passion for the art really shows and she brings such an energetic and thoughtful approach to every session! Highly recommended if you want to learn from a great teacher who has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a black belt competitor from Gracie lineage
