All I can say is that this world needs more places like Information Systems of Montana. I am visiting from Utah and forgot my Apple laptop cord. I went in to see if they could help and they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you so much, you guys rock

Took my Apple laptop into the Great Falls ISM with problems with my HDMI and USB ports on one side. He very easily diagnosed the problem and fixed it within a day of receiving the parts. It was quick, professional, and I'm very happy with the work he did on the computer. I highly recommend ISM especially if you have Apple products. (As an additional note, when I was calling other places to see where to go - I consistently was told to go to ISM. Other professionals recommend ISM too!)

Information Systems of Montana is amazing! The people there are EXPERTS in what they do, especially in Apple products. They stay up to date on the latest technology and will find solutions to almost any tech problem you're facing. Ask for Ray Landsiedel, he's the best!

I dropped my MacBook off and got a call a couple days later and the owner said it was beyond repair. He said it was the motherboard and it would cost more to repair than it would be buy a new 13" MacBook Pro. So a few days later I came by to pick up my "dead" MacBook. When I walked in I gave my name and said I'm here to pick up my computer he went to the back room and came back confused. He said, "are you sure you dropped your computer off here?" I said yes I'm sure! Eventually his assistant found it. I was unsure of his intelligence since he didn't even know my computer was in his care. I had a family member take it to a real Apple repair man in Seattle. Long story short my MacBook is being fixed for 120 dollars. Good as new! So DO NOT waste your time with this repair shop. He either has no idea what he is doing or he is actively trying to rip people off. Either way, steer clear!
