I cannot tell you enough how frustrated and irritated I am with this court. Judge Kutzman takes his sweet time getting back to people that are just looking for simple divorces. Then you have the women working behind the counter with the divorce cases that act like they don't like doing their jobs and give you attitude. It's highly unprofessional. It should not take me over a year to get a divorce with the lack of respect and misinformation you have lead me to. It's ridiculous. And when I asked for a different judge, which I am able to, I was denied this. If you honestly do not working at your job that much, go somewhere else! That simple

Kutzman has sat on our family case for years costing us tens of thousands regarding fraudulent motions. He continues to sit on, and not dismiss the fraudulent motions. Also will not rule against the lawyer that filed the fraudulent motions as its a old buddy. For the childrens sake jurisdiction will now remain in the decree state to safeguard the kids and circumvent any further fraudulent inflictions on our family. FBI and Law enforcement locally is also relieved for the safety of the children. My suggestion, if Kutzman is your judge switch him out immediately and remember to vote.

I found Kim Ransom to be very rude, told her what I needed and she argued with me that it wasn't what I needed. She continued to tell that I was wrong, was very rude and the more I told her that I talked to the people personally that needed my records and what I needed she got ruder and ruder telling me I was wrong. Very unprofessional.

The staff is super super rude its concerning to me that there is those kinds of people working in a professional setting like that. As a teenage mom it was very overwhelming for me to have to deal with such disrespectful people under the stress of the paperwork I was filing and having no clear answers just indirect passive comments.
