Verbally agreed with Horn in June to have them tear down an old home we purchased. They were very knowledgeable and respectful early on. But on July 10, a week after I was told they would get the demo permit, I was told they had finally obtained it. The house would come down July 31, Aug. 1 or Aug 3. I repeatedly asked to meet to sign a contract and pay half of the estimate as a deposit but Justin was always too busy. After July 10th I never heard from them again. I called, texted and emailed as the scheduled demo day got closer and was ignored. I called the city on July 28th and no demo permit was ever applied for.
