I seldom leave reviews, but this company is not good! Most of the employees are ok, but to get hold of anyone in the office was almost impossible. Good work ethics does not exist anymore. Be professional and get an actual office phone and answer the phone!

Be careful people, before you agree to letting this service begin to start in your home. While for the most part the actual workers are decent, the administration has alot of problems providing workers at all. I've received many excuses as to the reason. Beginning with number of actual applicants, the quality of new hires, covid and the latest was that no one was willing to come to me in particular because I'm hard to work with. If you question anything you're punished by the withholding of help. Families beware of this. You're loved ones are not guaranteed of help if you accept Meadowlark Home Care.
