Have been here twice in the last month. Front desk service is amazing. The first time was decent. Stayed on third floor. Room was decently clean 6/10. The restaurant is massively understaffed. Most recently stayed on floor 7 last time it was 2/10. Ceiling had water stains, the steel beams outside our room were leaking from the ceiling. The bathroom was clearly only cleaned to minimal standards. The parking lot was awful. I am from Montana and this is unacceptable.
Noteworthy details: Staff are really great. Amazingly accommodating. Property itself needs so much work. Its not even that old, just neglected and dirty.

This place is cool!! The lobby is so beautiful and the front desk staff was so inviting. My room was clean and smelled nice but the kicker was my time spent in the Bar. Im a huge sports fan and there TVs drew me in a lot. Camryn was so friendly and kept my beers and wings coming. The manger Chris was accommodating making sure I was happy somehow day and night, he seemed to always be there! I really like this property and its the best hotel in Great Falls hands down. I will be back!

I want to send a HUGE shout and THANK you to SAM the housekeeping manager for going above and beyond to help me. I was there for a convention and accidently left my mouse pad. This mouse pad was of great value to me as it was one that my daughter had made for me in the 5th grade. It had a picture of a horse that she had drawn (and through a fundraiser we were able to take the original art and transfer it onto merchandise). I have had that mouse pad for years and it has my daughters name and school year on it. I was devastated at the thought that I has lost it forever. I called that night but housekeeping was closed. I called the next morning and Sam went to the room and was unable to locate it as it had been cleaned. She contacted the staffer that had cleaned it and retrieved not only the mouse pad but the mouse and I was able to have it shipped back to me. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort she put in to get this "seeming worthless" but priceless TREASURE back to me.

Colter was amazing at making you feel at home. And making sure to answer any and all questions.
They did mess up my reservation and I didn't get the room I wanted but that was on the hotel not the staff
