I was in town for an uncle's funeral and the Gibson was the perfect place to come home to each night after long (but wonderful) days with family. The staff was superb, the accommodations were on point, and having a delicious breakfast brought to the room each morning was an added perk I didn't know I needed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gibson hotel during a three-month project, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. As someone who's constantly on the road for work and has frequented numerous hotels, including renowned chains celebrated for their customer service, I can confidently assert that the Gibson hotel surpassed them all. From the moment my colleagues and I stepped through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire stay. Despite initial concerns about the limited closet space in a non-extended stay hotel, any apprehensions dissipated quickly as we were enveloped in exceptional customer care. The staff at the Gibson went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Recognizing the length of our stay, they graciously accommodated our request to store certain food items in their larger refrigerators and provided access to their freezers. But they didn't stop there. When we expressed a desire to host a Super Bowl party, they not only permitted it but also assisted with food preparation, ensuring we had everything we needed for a memorable event. The dedication and attentiveness of the staff made my extended stay away from home significantly more manageable and enjoyable. Their commitment to ensuring the best possible experience for guests was evident in every interaction, leaving me immensely grateful for their hospitality. Very nice and renovated hotel. Its quite small but one of the nicest hotels weve ever stayed in. Check-in was smooth, service was good, and the rooms are great. You get free breakfast that is delivered to your door at the time you specify. There are not a lot of options, and no typical items like eggs, toast, bacon, etc. but the blueberry brioche was so good. The bed is nice, you get a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and a safe. The location is ok. I gave it 4 stars for the location because you could see some sketchy people around but what part of the world doesnt have that nowadays. Either way, this place is great and it will become our go to hotel in Great Falls.

Read the other glowing reviews and add mine to them. This place is fantastic. What makes it fantastic? Staff, staff, location, staff, rooms, staff. Why do I gush? The birthday cake. Stop looking; start booking! (On their website to get the best deal.) Rooms: Perfect size. Tastefully appointed. Clean. Quiet.
