NeighborWorks Great Falls

This is your typical Great Falls property management, poor communication from property manager very poor communication on any "violations" example "noise" with 0 explanations. They require you to use some lady for finical counseling who doesn't return calls and when asked if I could go through someone else was told no. Over all living at first avenue estates was a horrible experience for my family. and I would not recommend neighborworks, not child friendly and the neighborhood is not either. Oh and not to mention when you go to move out don't even bother putting them down as a reference, I'm sure I don't need to explain why. Only 5 stars I'd give this place is 5 stars to the amazing feeling I got from getting out

Karen & Jensen wear bright pink capes underneath their work clothes! I was in a bit of a pickle & they came to my rescue. No judging, no critical reprimanding. They were just there to lend a helping hand with a smile & a few laughs! They took a weight off my shoulders in a matter of days. If you have a financial situation that you are concerned about...do NOT hesitate to contact one of them. What a blessing you two are! Thanks for the "weight lifting class"! :)

Karen, Ashly and Jensen were wonderful to work with. Communication was consistent and clear. They are probably also some of the nicest people I have ever spoken to. What a great team of people doing their best to help their community!
