        Absolutely horrible experience. My rates were increased by 1.5x without notice, when I called to speak with Mike, his receptionist told me he is only available by appointment only, which I understand. However, when I asked to have him call me because Id like to speak with him before I shop around, his receptionist once again told me hes only available by appointment only. If youre looking for an agent that will actually take your call, I recommend you look elsewhere. This is absolutely ludicrous.
