Had a policy for years with this company with zero claims. After putting a new roof on my house I submitted all the paperwork and then proceeded to tell me the siding was bad because of some dirt on the side of the house. If I wished to maintain my policy I would need to repair the siding and start a new policy for the roof and siding.
Lets also not forget that each year when they are supposed to submit information to the mortgage company they dont - in turn leaving me to try and get in touch with this clown show (dont mean to insult clowns) to get the documentation for the mortgage company - doing what they are paid to do. Because theyve failed to provide proper documentation on several occasions I have had to pay additional fees and service charges as well as spend several hours on numerous phones trying to show there were never any gaps in coverage.
If you are looking for a company that makes you do all the leg work, wont provide adequate coverage for your home, makes excuses for not doing their job, and not only charges you the premium but sticks you with a bunch of services fees - this is the place for you.

This is the biggest scam company around. I would avoid them at all costs. We bought a house less than 1 1/2 years ago. Before the house was purchased they had someone verify the roof was in great condition. However, after a year in the house we have roof issues and when we went to make a claim it was denied because they said the roof is too old and they would not insure it, so we have to replace it out of pocket. The workers are clueless and rude, also they are terrible at getting back to you. If you want an insurance company that actually takes care of you then this is not the right company. If you want to waste money then this is the place to go.
