Champo's Pizzeria Italiano

A co-worker and I ordered the lasagna which a lunch special at a decent price. However.... while eating the lasagna I kept looking for some sort of meat. When I called to ask if there was meat in the lasagna, he said no, you have to ask for it... So then I said why didn't you ask me if I wanted to ADD meat or sausage when I ordered it? He says well everything is "customized" - but again... how would a caller know that?? It would make good sense to up-sell when taking an order... like give some options... Do you want to add this or that ? Very disappointed actually... I have NEVER in my life ordered lasagna that didn't HAVE meat on it unless it said vegetarian on the menu. The person I spoke with didn't appear receptive to my suggestion to tell the caller you have to ADD meat!! My co-worker was shocked too.... on the bright side she liked it and all the sauce it came with.

Great pizza! Love all the pizzas I have tried. The chili cheese fry pizza is amazing! Go check it out for yourself. Friendly service as well.

Pizza wasn't great, when I got there to pick up pizza I had to wait because they dropped one of them on the floor and had to redo it. When I went to pay they had to swipe my card a million times bcs the card reader wouldn't work. Won't be going back.
