Took some grandchildren there and the young staff members were professional and helpful. The games were modern and fun. The facility was clean and welcoming. The photos on the website should be updated to show the new arcade facility. Thanks for the fun experience.

The place is fun and the kids enjoyed it. However the woman customer service rep is very unfriendly and would not serve me. I went to get a water and she just walked away from me. She did this to several customers. If she is not happy she shouldn't be working around family's! She would not smile at a single person even the boys that work with her. She should not be a lead person at all! I did not wait to leave the center before posting this review. We will not be back.

The best way I can describe it is "eh" it's way overpriced, the arcade is a joke every game cost way to much. Laser tag and VR is what it is not much option outside of that. Money would be better spent at Flippin family fun to be honest.

Boring. Over priced. Maybe fun for only 30 min to an hr. Ninja course is not fun for most kids because they don't have the upper body strength to use it. Thought it would have platform's to help. Could have more games. 8 credits for 1 game?? Seriously? Looks more enticing then it actually is.
