Leisure Lawn

We use Leisure Lawn to service our sprinklers at all our properties! Highly recommend their company.

When I first used this company 5 years or so ago I was happy with the service. Now I believe their focus is more on installs as compared to maintenance. For the last 2 years we have used them for startup and shutdown. Last year was not good, this year was worse. I believe that the startup simply involved starting the system up, not checking sprinkler heads, excetera. I had a dead zone that I had called them about, I don't think it was running from the beginning, they came out and spent 4 hours and couldn't figure out the problem with the response being that I needed to figure it out myself. I was charged $180 for this. I called a different company in town the next day, they came out that night and the following day fixed the problem as well as several broken sprinkler heads throughout the system and adjusted the zones. All services that I was under the impression I was paying for when I signed up for the startup and shutdown with leisure lawn. I was charged slightly more for this work completed in less than 2 hours. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

They were the best price in town so I was a little cautious, but they did fantastic work! Was able to get everything done in a timely matter and done right. It is hard to get a hold of anyone by phone because they are so busy, but once you do its a smooth process. Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

The manager for the sprinkler department is impossible to get ahold of and wont return calls. I had an appointment for two weeks - the crew came to my house unprepared for the job and werent able to do the work. Ill be switching to Greenup for any future needs.
