Words can not express the thankfulness of finding Genelle as a realtor for sale of our home. Right out of the gate she was truly concerned about doing what was best for myself and bride instead of just going after the dollar. The process, which was supposed to be easy and fast, extended out for 5 months. She was with us all the way and kept everyone in the loop up-to-date as to what was happening. Too many details to go into, just to say she is knowledgeable in all faucets of buying and selling. Very easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Buying or selling see this wonderful asset to Great Falls.

Genelle stuck with me for a year and a half finding the perfect starter home for me. She didn't try to push me into any home I could afford. She really went through the pros and cons of each place and let me decide if I wanted to go for it or not. She also looked out for my safety as a single woman buying her first home. Overall I had a wonderful home buying experience with her, and am going to miss seeing her as much. She is a wonderful person and realtor.

Genelle Hocevar is an absolute hoot to work with! I was a first time buyer and honestly a bit nervous about the process, but Genelle went above and beyond to make the process calming and even fun!
