One of the young men was mouthy and cursing while packing boxes. He then proceeded to act like he was a professional who had been doing the job for 20 years. I surely hope the owner of this company received payment as this same young man is sitting in jail for felony theft. Please consider background checks on employees before letting them go into peoples homes.

Beware!!!! Pros: SOME friendly moving staff. Cons: Where do I start? Cannot meet deadlines, careless- busted the hoop off my basketball goal ripping out from the backboard, scratched a BRAND NEW dining room table TWICE, broke a curtain rod, ripped a door off a cabinet, placed clearly marked boxes all in the wrong places, SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL OWNER- she asked me for $600 more than the FLAT RATE quote her ex boyfriend(?) quoted us before the job was done, also asked for full payment before the job was done because she couldn't afford to pay her crew, when I said "no, I was quoted a flat rate" she said she shouldn't have sent him to quote and that I took advantage then claimed the crew risked life and limb on our move, when I reminded her that I invited her and her boyfriend on quote day to see the remaining two locations she said had no response. She had her movers put the basketball goal up 3 days after she said she would, then threatened to press felony charges 8 hours later because I had not sent the last last installment. I have never met a more unprofessional business owner.
