Stacey Tempel-StJohn and Breanna handled my complex claim. They were very thoughtful and easy to work with. Stacey is a bulldog when it comes to this stuff. Due to her keen knowledge and understanding of work comp laws as well as her persistence, my settlement was about 19% more than what we had thought was best case scenario. If I were you I wouldnt even consider anyone else!

This review is relative to a hearing loss due to two shooting incidents during my law enforcement career as well as my exposure to repeated use of firearms during 23 years.
Work Comp had closed my case and refused to talk to me about My hearing loss.
I recently purchased hearing aids for my hearing loss and the Audiologist suggested that I contact Kim Schulke at Fair Claim work comp Attorneys. Kim was able to get a settlement for me.
