Quality Pianos

I've moved around a lot over the past few years and have had several movers and tuners. Without a doubt, these fellas are the best I've ever had. We had to get my piano to the 3rd floor without an elevator and multiple turns, and there was no point when I was worried about the safety of my instrument, these guys were absolute pros. Then I contacted them about tuning the piano and I am honestly shocked just how much better it sounds. Not only did he get it perfectly in tune as checked by my tuner, which I didn't think was possible due to how far out of tune it was, but he knew about all the rest of the components and found things that no one else mentioned before. When he was done, it felt like a completely different piano, I was genuinely shocked. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. I have no hesitations recommending this company to anyone, truly top notch service!

This place needs a face lift and a few newer, popular piano models on the floor. The layout is awkward. Everything from the building to the pianos to the staff are outdated to the point that I would rather travel 3+ hours away to experience a piano purchase I could feel good about. Even if a piano comes with a 5 year parts and labor warranty, I had this feeling that the business might not be here another 5 years. Also, the guy said he would call my wife back about a piano that he was holding for a lady until Monday... it's now Wednesday and no call.
