Our water heater went out when it was freezing cold...they sent someone out that morning and the job was finished the next day. The office ladies were wonderful and the technician Donato did such a great job installing and explaining everything for our new system! The communication was stellar all around.

Pipes bursting at 3 am are so fun.. sometimes you need a good hard reset. Nothing like making a call to a plumber only to be told they are totally booked and pound sand. Not Kindred. They had my pipes fixed up and running in no time. Cant say the water restoration company is in a hurry though and mold isnt covered by your insurance yall. So if youre looking for a good business investment Id say water remediation is a GREAT investment. Keep hammering guys. You guys are great!! Ty
