Josh at New Day has been amazing! He has been so quick to answer my texts and phone calls at any hour of the night and handled every issue that came up with care. As a single mom in a new city, I have been extremely grateful to have someone like him taking care of my rental issues. Its a rarity to find property management like this!

About a month ago I reached out to New Day to find a home for my family in Great Falls. It was a big move all the way from Hawaii for a new project within my company. I wanted to make sure my family had somewhere nice and safe lined up and "move in ready" the day we landed or as close to it in Great Falls. We did a virtual walkthrough on a nice townhouse that me and my family loved. We applied, both myself and my fiance. We both have high credit scores, make good money, clean backgrounds (I'm a disabled Marine veteran working as a DOD contractor and my fiance works as a federal employee) and was told to, "hang on a day while we make a decision." I was told this by Josh Vernon. Which is fine, I understand wanting to look at us and make sure your getting decent people in a property you manage. After not hearing back for a day I decided to call and was told they were still going through applications and they'll make a decision. We really wanted that home so I offered to pay the security deposit and the pro-rated portion of the remainder of the month of January, which at this point was somewhere around the 16th/17th, and I even offered to pay first and last month's rent but was still told to wait another day. Another day passed and when I called I was told to wait one more day. Then, radio silence. Directly to voicemail and ignored texts. My experience was short but told me all I needed to know. My family took our business elsewhere which I know may be a drop in the bucket for this management group (especially seeing they pulled that listing shortly after we applied) but it should still be known the communication was poor and they gladly took our application fees ($70) and ran off and never even let us know if our applications were approved or denied nor even made an attempt to show us other properties. Approach with caution.

My mother in law rents from them. I've had several interactions with Staff. Always super friendly and caring. Keen to the needs of their tenants. I am currently hoping to be a new tenant. I highly recommend.

New day worked with us diligently to get us into Home quickly. We were in a home and the owners wanted to sell and I called Josh and the team and they really listened to what we needed and got us into a fantastic home. I love their use of technology to make paying rent Super easy. Joshua was super responsive and always a phone call away. Thank you New Day!
