We searched for properties for two years independently until we discovered Nate. Initially, we shared our wants and needs with him, and he added us to his search list, sending potential homes for months.
Eventually, we found a place not on his list. As out-of-state buyers with no other contacts, we reached out to Nate for assistance. Despite living and working in Great Falls, Nate and his wife drove nearly 200 miles to facilitate showings in Bozeman.
He ensured smooth, scheduled showings, including one where the tenant unexpectedly stayed home, in the shower during our appointment. Even when things went a bit outside of expectation such as this, Nate was able to keep composure intact and make our experience a positive one. With having to travel due to being out-of-state buyers on a tight schedule, Nate's assistance was invaluable. While the initial homes didn't suit us, we found one in a good location, a great neighborhood, with remodeling potential and a reasonable price.
Despite its good price, we felt the decisions were always ultimately our say. Being able to collaborate and discuss our thoughts with Nate, we were able to negotiate a fair number lower than the asking price and secure acceptance from the sellers with his guidance. Once accepted, Nate protected us at every step, ensuring flexibility in case issues arose during inspections.
Nate provided valuable local recommendations, enhancing the process. We asked lots of questions that were first time buyer inexperienced based and all were met with the same politeness and enthusiasm. He always offered to do more and said no questions were off limits even if they really were not part of his job or area of expertise. And those that were not in his lane were not guessed at, Nate used his vast experience and networking resources to make sure he got us the right answer and right away. His professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness, even beyond the scope of his job, eased our first-time buyer inexperience.
Despite challenges with the title company, Nate's involvement led to a positive resolution, demonstrating his commitment to our satisfaction. Although it might not have been a necessity, it most certainly was appreciated. He made phone calls and sent emails until the situation was resolved to our financial benefit
The recommended bank surpassed expectations, offering a better interest rate than others we considered. Home buying from four states away is inherently stressful, but Nate's immediate comfort and dedication to our best interests alleviated our apprehension.
Nate's warm personality, professionalism, and willingness to exceed expectations simplified what could have been a challenging process. We've already recommended Nate to our daughter and son-in-law and wholeheartedly recommend him for a worry-free home buying experience in Montana.

Nate sent us listings for over a year. We modified our needs several times and he was obviously paying attention to our wants and needs as the listings he sent were in target. Most of the homes he sent were ones I had found so he was definitely paying attention to us. We found a house far out of his area and still he was there showing the homes with enthusiasm.
We ended up putting in an offer on a house. During the home buying process he was always available to answer questions. If he didnt know the answers he said so and found answers through his professional network. Those answers were right on point and extremely helpful in making our home buying experience smooth and less stressful. He went above and beyond from start to finish always with a wonderful pleasant attitude. He looked out for our interests which seemed more important than a sell to him. Nate is an upstanding man and a credit to his industry.
