I had a terrible meal tonight. The only reason I gave three stars for the food is because my son enjoyed his pizza, but my chicken breast was so dry I couldn't even eat it. When the waitress came around and asked how the food was, I told her it was dry. She asked if I wanted it replaced, and I said no (I don't like to send food back). I figured if I left basically the entire entree on the table maybe they would just reduce the meal some and i'd just eat my salad and veg. The salad was good, the broccoli was okay - I didn't expect a free meal, but come on, take SOMETHING off if the meal was so poor. But she didn't even blink when she came to pick up the plates and made zero attempt to try and make it right. I thought that was poor service, and I won't be back there anytime soon. And I've had decent meals there before, but if they can't stand behind their food I don't really want to take that chance again.
