Great place to go to for an emergency walk in care. No appointment necessary, fast service, staff is caring and polite. I highly recommend this to others. Thank you Benefis Northwest!!

I dont even have words to describe what I just seen when I went to my granddaughters doctors appointment with her and my daughter with Dr. Moore She is by far the rudest person Ive ever met in my life..So judgmental trying to set my daughter up for failure took my granddaughter in a completely different room, asking questions that absolutely did not need to be asked, Had nothing to do with the appointment and why we were there.. My daughter always told me that she makes her feel so dumb and uncomfortable at all of my granddaughters appointments, And thats why she asked me to go with her tonight.. I could not believe my eyes.. My poor granddaughter is embarrassed, Scared feels like the doctor was trying to ask questions to get her taken away from her mommy. If youre looking for help for your children or any kind of care, do not go to Dr. Moore. My daughter feels like she was just interrogated from this god awful person. And Dr. Moore if you are reading this, I knew what you were trying to do from the beginning of the appointment. And thats exactly why you took my granddaughter and daughter into a different room from me, You knew I was on you.. You make me sick

What a sad excuse for a walk in clinic, my parents tried to bring my son in at 445 and were refused service because they closed in 15 minutes. My company gives an immediate write up if clients are turned away before closing time. Now my poor 8 year old with a fever and terrible ear pain has to be drug all the way across town. Thumbs up benefis, your customer service is trash.

My girlfriend and I were in this walk in about 3-4 weeks ago because our newborn was having issues going to the bathroom. When she would pee she would let out a horrible cry and we didnt know why. We decided to go to the doctor and hopefully find a good answer but that was far from what we received. Our daughter was 2 1/2 weeks old at this time and we asked them if maybe she had a UTI. Dr. Moore was the lady who saw us and she completely disregarded our request for this test and instead told us she was just waking up. We have now spent the past 24 hours in the ER and for them to tell us she has had a UTI for some time now. Dr. Moore saw us for no more than 15 minutes and would never give us a straight answer. Shame on this horrific place that they call a doctors office. I will never bring my daughter back to this place and I highly suggest no one does either.
