Amazing care for my dog, cats and chameleon . Extremely thoughtful staff and good at their job. Very knowledgeable and always learning to know the best medicine to give the pets.

The Vets are amazing, but the Admins are horrible. The last time I went in to pick up a prescription the lady at the front desk wouldn't even acknowledge me. She just worked on her computer. She finally asked the lady who sat around the corner to help me. The customer service there has gotten horrible. I understand if someone is busy, but atleast make eye contact, acknowledge the customer and let them know someone will be with you shortly. Time to find a new Vet Office.

Dr. Norton and their team really do make the extra effort to see things are taken care of. We have nothing but good things to say.
