44 water is always professional and thorough. I recently had Carl come and repair another water problem for me and I must comment on a bigger problem I had this past winter. I had no water and I panicked that the well had gone dry. Over the phone Carl relieved my worries by telling me what the problem was. He came out repeatedly until everything was operating, even in 30 below temperatures.

Our pump in the cistern failed, and let me say, when you turn on your faucet and NOTHING comes out its rather bad. We could not find anyone to help us, one plumbing outfit even hung up on me. But these guys responded to my e-mail in less than an hour, came out, and diagnosed the issue, drained our tank, and came back later that day, crawled into our cistern and replaced the pump. Bingo! water. They are on our " A " list from here on out.

I am usually not hard on people in these reviews but absolutely felt compelled to write one here for 44 Water.  These guys came out to my house about a year ago after several calls which was fine as everyone seems to be booked up in this space but after coming and installing a new septic Pump (Which they never sent a bill for until 4 months later) I started having alarms and other filter issues and called them several times to come out and take a follow up look at.  After about the 3rd time leaving a message they finally answered and told me they were too busy but would try and get out in a month or so. They of course never came out so I tried calling them again and they did answer and said the they would come out on a weekday but again never showed up.  Then tried calling several more times leaving messages and no response so finally called another service that came out in 2 days.Have had several people aske me who I use now for septic services and lets just say its not 44 Water!
