My mom fell six times and they never called. It is still better than West hills way. They are holding my mom hostage and not letting me visit her while she is dying on hospice.

This place is awful and the worst management ever they Bully there staff including travel staff they are so ungrateful for the help they have.they listen to lies from there own staff which most of them are horrible and sit on there phone all day they treat there staff like garbage and. Dont care if there short Ive worked short there several time and management never once came to help but yet they want to be a 5 star never unless u wipe out the management team and bring in the best dont work here dont put ur family here

Worst place you can ever put a family member and the manager here disregarded my last comment because it happened not to long ago. Horrible management horrible treatment of residence they allowed my grandfather be stolen from. As well as negligence they had a fire by the oxygen tanks in the back and they denied a fire chief a fire extinguisher to resolve the situation they wouldve allowed the residence to blow up rather than just dealing with it. Now the new manager will write passive aggressive comments in response but wont do anything further. Also this place is a joke to apply for I have Ive never been so disrespected or disliked an interview process so much. Sapphire Homes might be corrupt but this place is trash on a Budget.
