We started our search for new carpeting for our 3 bedrooms. We had visited several other carpet stores and Pioneer was our choice. The customer service was outstanding! Josh worked with us thru the whole process, since this was our first time. They planned the entire process from day one. Josh, Adam and Rebecca worked wonderfully together Pioneer flooring is a family business and they take pride in their service and products. They scheduled the installers, Glenn and Sam. They too were great to work with. 5 stars for their work and service

These guys are great!! Adam and his team get it done quickly and are true professionals. I just recommended them to my mother and father and sister for their new houses! I've used them for both Commercial and Residential and been happy with both!

Phenomenal work by this crew! They were great from beginning to end, from the moment we walked in to look at options to completed install. They were informative and honest about options and knew what would work best for our business. Install was seamless and the whole crew worked around us and our needs. Overall, Pioneer flooring was great to work with and great to get to know as people as well. Will be going right back here for all our future needs!
