You get what you pay for. Went in during regular posted business hours because there was no indication that their hours were different or changed for the day. Door was just locked with no sign on window. Called and asked why that was the case and Manager by the name Conlan apologized but said if I had a complaint, I could take it up with corporate. Just hung up on me. I wasnt being being confrontational or anything. Just calling to ask for better communication so I didnt wake up at 4 am, in -30 degree weather to find out I didnt have access to the gym this morning.

When Fuel Fitness closed, I migrated to Planet Fitness in Helena. The first few months experiences were great but it's gone downhill for the past several months; front desk staff on cell phones, cross trainers falling to pieces (handle grips falling off - or taped with black electrical tape, TV monitors either don't work, or the same channel is on all channels, FOX News not available for the last nine months), Men's shower room is dirty (the same smashed bar of soap was in the same shower floor for three days, hair on the floor and in the drain, smelly). A couple of rowing machines would be a beautiful addition as well as a rack of dumb bells on the east side of gym. Two sets of 20 and 25 pounders are not near enough due to the hoarders.

The worst gym, staff and customer service ever! My girlfriend lives in Helena, MT and they assigned Great Falls, MT as her home gym. When she called to have this corrected, a guy told her that there was nothing that can be done about this and then hung up on her!
