        Great experience. Received email notifications throughout the whole process. The owner himself installed the unit and was very professional. A service technician came later to make adjustments to the new furnace and was also very professional and friendly. I would recommend. As a retired Military Veteran, I know bad customer service and will not tolerate bad service. I had estimates from 2 other companies and one of the companies took some photos and measurements and was gone in 5 minutes. That company did not explain anything. Superior took the time to explain different options available. Their name says it all Superior.

        Superior Heating is outstanding. We tried four other long established plumbers and was disappointed with them all lack of attention to detail, unreasonable overage charges, no-shows, etc. Superior showed up on time, was very knowledgeable about our older boiler system, fixed another plumber's mistakes and was reasonably priced. Can't say enough good about them.
