Loved the lower level with patio, clean, pretty older hotel, located walking distance to many shops. The best waffles too! In my opinion this BW is off the beaten trail, inconvenient to get to from I15, less then ideal parking, hotel is nice, very clean, rooms are adequate but nothing special, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. This BW is more expensive then most.

This is probably the nicest Best Western location that Ive been to. The rooms were clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The free breakfast was awesome and a lot nicer than most hotels that Ive been to. Even though the hotel is old, I love how it shows Helenas history all around.

Was here for a convention. There was no parking even though our organization paid a bunch to have our event there. There were no more rooms in the block so had to stay elsewhere, also had to pay for parking for two full days at 8 bucks a day. Pretty lame, they could have just given me a little thing to put on my dashboard.
