2017-2022 rate 1-star. This office seems to have a problem with customers and life issues. Of the three or four times I have communicated with these folks, 90% has been adversarial. I took my business somewhere else and paid more for it. God forbid I had an actual claim. What would THAT look like. Ugh. I'm done with them.
UPDATE: under new management (Jan 2023) now (RATE 5-stars)
The new folks are so attentive and more customer service friendly. Pleasure to do business with them now. I'm glad the old managers are gone now. Just sayin.

Don’t let the poor reviews of two disgruntled employees fool you. As for the billing issues stated by other reviews, yes, the home office (not located in Helena) did have some issues previously but they have since been resolved and Sean, Tom, Jerad and their whole team would be happy to help you achieve your insurance and financial goals.

I have been with these guys for 12 years, they continuously over charge my mortgage company. The billing department is absolutely horrible. I loved all 3 of the ladies I’ve worked with in the last month, however sadly they are all gone. Every time I call I have start over with someone new. Seems the only employee remaining is the one who doesn’t return calls. Can’t imagine how hard it would be to work with these guys if I actually had a claim. I’ve spent hours on the phone with them just to try to sort out billing errors that the staff can’t even comprehend. They are the best priced on homeowners, but not worth the insane headache. Time for a change.
